problem changing exterior walls to 16" O.C. Stuck at 24" O.C.

I can't get the exterior walls to change the stud spacing to 16" O.C.  The default was originally set at 16" O.C.  I've tried to change the stud spacing through build framing, automatic build, and many other areas to try to get the ext studs to reset to 16" O.C.  Every area I've looked at so far shows the settings at 16" O.C.  Have found no area showing a 24" O.C. setting. Weird.

 

Your help would be much appreciated. A bit frustrating.  Thanks

Check the wall type material.
