BALewis
I've used Chief Architect software for years, but haven't ever run into this issue. In this case Home Designer Suite 2020 is being used for a bathroom project. However, whenever I create a 3D view and then delete it, the initial page looses its cursor on the main part of the plan. The only way that it can be restored is to close and then reopen the plan. Unfortunately, once a 3D view is created and then deleted, the issue returns. I've downloaded and reinstalled the program, but the behavior continues. This is new windows 11 computer with lots of memory and with all drivers and Windows components fully updated. Any help would be appreciated.
scottharris
It could be your video card / driver. I would encourage you to check for driver updates, verify your system meets the specs and/or reach out to tech support
BALewis
I double-checked all of my drivers and made sure that the latest update of Windows 11 was installed. They were all current. I then downloaded a trial copy of the latest 2024 Home Designer software. That solved the problem, so I updated the Home Designer software to the latest version.
