Sportylens
Is there an easy way to draw a small deck shaped like a disk with a flattened side about 9 feet long that is nailed to the wall? This design is sometimes called a "keyhole deck". It is about 30 inches above grade, about 12 feet diameter, and resembles a disk with one edge flattened to fit against the wall. The surface is 5/4 decking. The stair has the stringers splayed to be wider at the bottom than at the top to complete the keyhole shape when viewed from above. I got the idea from a Creative Homeowner book Deck Designs: great ideas from top deck designers, by Steve Cory.
Rookie65
Depending on what program you have, which is important to note, look at the icons for railing, then the drop downs for curved deck railing. That should get you started.
