Lean-to Issue

Hello, 

 

Pretty new to this game but starting to get in the swing of things (Note: Chief Architect - Home Designer Architectural 2021). 

 

I'm having a challenge with keeping the exterior finish above my lean-to. I think the photo is fairly self explanatory (I've made this specifically to show the issue). Ultimately I would like to put a line of narrow windows down this gap and have different pitches (4:12 on main and 3:12 on lean-tos).

 

Any suggestions here? Or when building lean-to's in this software in general.. I'm all ears!

The plan builds with exterior siding showing as expected, in Architectural 2018.
The siding also shows as expected in Pro 2020.

However, in Pro 2021  (also HDA 2021 ) the siding does not show above the shed roof. 

Either something changed within the software, or it is a bug.

To fix this, you must reset the middle room ceiling back to default height.
Then build a blank 2nd floor (turn on floor reference), drawing 4 new walls over the walls of the middle room, and also align the walls.  Designate this room as 'open below',  decide on your ceiling height, and set the front and back wall roof as 'gable'.
