Given the limited information you're able to provide, my only advice is to buy a new computer.

 

EDIT: I mean, you might also try viewing windows error logs.  What's likely happening is that the program is starting and immediately crashing without producing any error.  A graphics card issue is likely culprit. You could try installing the latest GPU drivers if you haven't and make sure your OS is fully up to date.
