aadesigner
Newbie here, can anyone tell me why when I am working to position objects using dimensions, the select object arrow cursor does not change to a grab hand to indicate that a dimension can be edited? I am working to draw an existing space that I will be building cabinetry for and I would like to work to a precision drawing which without editable dimensions for object positioning is a bit of a challenge. Any help would be much appreciated.
solver
It will help if you could be more specific. A video would be ideal, or a screen capture showing the cursor positioned over the dimension you are wanting to change. Are you referring to temporary dimensions, or some other type? Also, please fill out your signature -- see below. There are also videos available on YouTube that show working with the program which may be helpful. The knowledge base is another source of info. -------------- It helps if we know what title (Suite, Pro etc) and version (2014, 2015 etc) you are using. You can add this info to your signature by clicking on your user name at the top right of the page, click My Settings, then Signature on the left. katalyst777
Agreed, a screenshot would be helpful so we know what type of object you've selected that you are wanting to move using dimensions, and what dimension you were hoping to move it with.
