RandyNavarro
I'm aware I can place different siding types of walls using the Break Wall tool and/or using the pony wall method. Neither of those methods will allow me to place siding in the right spots on this elevation. Any ideas how to get different siding as indicated in the picture? 8.15.16-Randy.plan
katalyst777
You'll probably need to edit the wall polyline. This article says it only applies to Premier, but it explains how it works fairly well in Pro as well.https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00370/adding-drywall-to-part-of-an-exterior-wall.html
RandyNavarro
Thank you, Kat! I've started to play with that and it's not quite behaving as I'd hoped but I'll keep at it. Thank you again.
patty55
It is hard to install just the right look with vinyl because of the installation process. Have you tried checking out james hardie siding. It is a bit more expensive but is durable more than vinyl and easier to install the way you want. There are several companies who retail the product conservation construction of texas is one of them and you can get them through james hardie's website yourself.
