Question about Doll House View & Full Camera View in Home Designer Pro 2024

I recently purchased the stand-alone version of Home Designer Pro 2024 and am about two weeks into learning the software by following the YouTube “Quick Start Demo.” Drawing exterior and interior walls has been straightforward, but I’m running into an issue with 3D views.

When I switch to Doll House View, instead of the 3D view shown in the demo, I get a blank white screen. If I zoom in or out, I see a blue plane, but I can’t figure out how to generate the proper 3D model. The same thing happens when I use Full Camera View.

Interestingly, if I use Orthographic Doll House View, it seems to work correctly.

Has anyone else run into this issue, and is there a setting or step I might be missing to make the Doll House and Full Camera views display properly?

Doug, my guess would be a camera setting.  Can you post your plan?

Doug, it seems to work fine in my views.  Try taking a doll house camera as your initial view.  If it's still an issue, contact our tech support group.

Just to close the loop I contacted tech support and found out my Graphic Card driver was needing updated. Problem solved and thanks for your support
