Help needed to create a daylight basement home on sloped terrain

I've gone through tutorials on this subject, but I can't seem to get it right.  Any help you can provide me will be greatly appreciated.   I'm willing to pay someone to help me, if need be, but you need to be a professional.  I'm not that concerned about getting the home right as I am the landscape because I use Home Designer Pro to create landscape plans.
