  1. Elevation view opening to the gridlines not the elevation. This is on the foundation level. Elevations working as normal on the main floor.
  2. I meant to add that when I try to repair the roof - I am assuming you are using the join roof planes tool - but I keep getting this error
  3. Hi Eric, Thank you so much for your fixes here! I would love to know how to fix the gaps in the ceiling that you pointed out as well. I have also attached a photo of the area over the tub that I was (unsuccessfully) trying to replicate for reference. Again, thank you so much!
  4. Seeking help with manually added ceiling planes for an attic space (no I do not have them as "attic" in the program) - I cannot figure out where I have gone wrong - 1. I have sections of ceiling going through the roof for some reason, when I try to correct, the handles aren't there to move or adjust them. 2. The next issue is a portion of one of the plane is showing as black on the physically based camera - but only a portion of it. 3. I cannot get the ceiling to connect over the tub area - the walls here actually fan out to meet each other, I just need to create a similar look for the renovation. ***perimeter walls are 60" with the exception of the wall with the entry door, ceilings are 99.5" at flat portion and the area over the tub which is 71" ***video card is good Untitled1.zip
  5. Yes I have played with the camera views/settings and the lighting - I am surprised you don't think the white perimeter cabinetry is a lot less crisp than the wood island cabinetry. Unlike your video I do need realistic images for my clients.
  6. I upgraded to HD Pro 2021, I cannot for the life of me figure out why the perimeter cabinetry is so fuzzy - especially next to the hyper realistic wood finishes? How do I better balance this? Thanks. FuzzyCabinets.pdf
  7. Thank so much - I spent over an hour trying to find the info online! Very Grateful!
  8. When I send a floor plan to layout the plan has a "1st Floor" label on it - how do I hide this? It is not on the plan view.

I have the same problem - it's typical Home Designer Pro crap. I've been using this for years - I keep upgrading - but it's not worth it. You'll just be told you need to upgrade to Chief. Also I just upgraded to 2021, it wasn't an issue in 2019 - you could manipulate the lighting easier. Going to switch to Rev.
