@MississippiMims Is this what you are wanting? I started with footings and foundation walls on everything then changed the back section to basement. I then changed the front section floor structure to concrete. I lowered the one wall so you can see the slab built out over the foundation wall.

I don't think it can be done in Suite, but it can in HDP.
See if you can use this file, I just went by your dimensions and remember not to turn on auto rebuild roofs.

If I had more information and maybe a sketch of what you’re wanting it to look like, I could see if it can be done. With HDS you are so limited on what you can do with roofs it’s hard to do a custom roof.

@AllDoneHM Is this what you're trying to do? If it is you can do it but it's a little complicated.
The only thing I can't do is edit the two walls inside.

@BobWilTry this, draw a straight pony wall somewhere outside of the plan. Use the object eyedropper and select the pony wall and then click on the walls you want to change. I used HDA 2025 trial version.

@davidmurray select the back deck railing and open the roof specification and mark it as Dutch Gable.

@btushaus If you're not able to get everything to work, attached is a copy of your plan I fixed the roof in Chief, and it can be edited in HDA. Just remember you can't edit the roof and if you turn on auto roofs you will loss what I did. good luck.

@btushaus I looked at your plan and I don't think you can get the roof to build in HDA without being able to manually edit the roof planes. Someone else may know a way but it looks like Home Designer Pro would be needed. You could try and get someone with HDP or Chief Premier to fix the roof and send the plan back to you.

I don't know if you found a solution, but I had to open it in Chief Architect Premier and delete the cad line. I saved the plan and marked it to be edited in HD. Not sure why it can't be selected in HD. @RunsWithHammers

Maybe you accidentally marked some walls as no room definition and it thinks there just one big room? Just a guess without seeing the plan.

Above ground
in Q&A
@WarwickB I don't know if you figured it out yet, but your plan is built on the second floor, and you have a blank 1st floor. Delete the black first floor and rebuild the terrain.
-
This is in Architectural 2024 trial so I couldn't send the plan file back to you and you can get there with some work. Like you said above there will be a lot of water coming down the side wall, I made that section a 4/12 pitch kind of like a cricket. The main gable roof is on the second floor and the four small gables front and back are on the first floor. The section to the right I lowered to get the look you showed. Anyway, there's my 2 cents!!!

Hi, Gary - I'm using Home Designer Pro 2024 build 25.3.0.77
Hey Mike, when I put the sink in the cabinet it works right, I made a custom countertop and I did like yours. Yours looks like a custom countertop so I put 3 cabinets together, left the countertops on them and then added the custom top behind them. That worked best because trying to cut the custom top around the sink doesn’t look as good. Hope that make sense and helps.

If you made a custom countertop you will have to select it, break it and shape it around the sink.
-
@OldUncleMikeyHey Mike, what version are you using? I just tried it in HDP 2024, and it cut the countertop out.
-
@ImageAbilityI don't think you can do it automatically, but you can use the Draw Stairs and make two angled landings between them. You can break and edit the landings to what you need.

Different Foundation Types in Same Plan

Since you already have the rooms drawn you will need to divide some of them with room divider. Then set the floor structure of the front rooms.
