Can I create a sloped retaining wall?

Is it possible to create a sloped retaining wall that starts at 12ft at one end and terminates at 1ft at the other? You know, like a triangle shaped wall? Thanks!

If you need to make the wall slope differently than the terrain, you could use the wall polyline to change the shape of the retaining wall if you have Home Designer Pro, like we show in this article:
