I created a 3-story house plan in Designed Pro 2024. It developed without difficulty. However, when I return to this otherwise completed plan my mouse is unable to highlight any of the rooms on any floor.

I have since purchased the Upgrade, Designer Pro 2025, and still cannot highlight any of the rooms in this particular plan.  Also, the rooms on the 2nd floor have no labels.

That's because the program does not see them as rooms.

 

Usually one or more walls is set to No Room Definition. Clear that setting and see what happens.

 

Tip: On each floor, select a wall tool (any will work). Then holding Shift, marquee around the entire plan to select all walls. Open and change all at once.
