Rendering Technique Option issues

Home Designer Pro 2024 on a new MacBookPro. Plans originally drawn with HomeDesignerPro 2022 on Lenovo Flex 5.

Trying to understand how to recreate the outlines/definition of the first elevation in other projects. 

Have been googling, searching knowledge base, posting on FB.
The Layer Display Options have some variation (don't know why) but turning off/on the ones in the first render that are different from the second don't affect the lines/definition. Have opened other projects and tried creating new ones and still can't replicate the outline/definition in any other plan. Help?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
