intdecgnb Posted September 5, 2022 Share Posted September 5, 2022 Before I bought my new computer (an asus oled 2 in1 with an i7 12 gen processor intel evo with iris xe graphics card) I checked and double checked the known compatibilities page to make sure there were none. Home designer pro worked fine for a while then I began to get the rendering error message after adding a light fixture. When I went into preferences to deselect the ray trace it was greyed out. I have since been told that home designer does not use ray trace. Could there be another reason I’m getting this message and perhaps another solution?
