intdecgnb Posted September 4, 2022 Share Posted September 4, 2022 I bought a new laptop with an intel iris xe graphics card. I checked and double checked the known compatibilities page to make sure I didn’t get the wrong card. It worked fine for a while then I got the error message about rendering that I had read on that page. But when I went in to deselect it, it was greyed out. Is there anything else I can do to make it right? I have the right direct x and shadow on an i7 12th generation machine (an Asus zen book pled 2 in 1) TIA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
