Colors and textures not exporting with Collada file (or any export format)

Hi. I am using HD Architectural 2022 and want to export my model to walkthrough in VR using sketchfab. I have a large model of a house with lots lots of furniture, art, etc. Once I export my model I can convert between file types easily, but I can't seem to export with colors and texture intact. All I get is the model shape - https://skfb.ly/ovVW8. Is that a limitation on the software or am I doing something wrong?
