Steel stud lowered celling in half of the Garage

Hello,

I am new to Home Designer Pro 2022, and a would like help understanding how to correctly model the garage. I have included a drawing to better show it. most of the garage has a lowered celling of 8 feet and then a small section towards the front of the garage were the celling is 9' 6". the lowered celling is constructed using metal framing/studs'. I have looked in the discussion boards but was unable to find something to help. if anyone can point me to a existing question or can explain to me how to do this, thank you.
