WallyB Posted February 6, 2021 Share Posted February 6, 2021 I upgraded to Home Designer Pro 2021 a month ago (Win10 computer). I purchased some Bonus Catalogs on the online catalog site last night after 8PM EST. I received a confirmation email telling me the catalogs would be in my Digital Locker but they are not showing up. Open Pro, Go to the Main toolbar "Library", then select Install Library files, then navigate to your downloads folder, select them and then click "OK". Only then will they install. I accidentally used my business email when I checked out, which was linked to a 14 year old now defunct Home Designer account. So I repurchased the catalog making sure I used my personal email associated with my current account and viola.
