Unknown-Unplanned Terrain Issues

Probably an easy fix, but I can't find where to adjust the settings....  Using Home Designer Architectural 2021.  I designed the house on a flat plane.  I am now trying to apply terrain data so we can see it on the lot.  I did not want to import the entire .dwg file, as it has so much data, I didn't want to bog down the program.  I imported a .jpg with the terrain contour lines on it, then drew elevation lines to match the .jpg elevations.  It worked really well, except around the house itself, as you can see in the attached screen shots.  Immediately around the house, the terrain dives down, and there are a couple of "mountains" near the house.  These are nothing I purposely entered, but are probably something I just haven't figured out how to address with the settings.

Two of the screen shots show the contours entered before building the terrain, and all looks good.  Then after building the terrain, you can see the issues.

Thanks for any help here!
