How to print plan in the common style of all 'professional' plans

I've created a plan in Home Designer Architectural, but when I show it to others I'd like it to look like the standard plans I see online (see example attached of a house plan I see online) - black lines, no measurement lines, few elements, etc. Instead, in HD the print option shows gray walls, more elements, etc. How do I get it to look like the plans I see everywhere else?

Please update your signature by clicking on your user name at the top right of the page, click Account Settings, then Signature on the left.

Turn layers on or off, change the properties of layers that do show, change how your walls are defined.

Thanks for the heads up on the signature - I updated it. I will also experiment with your suggestion. I have a few other questions but I'll ask them under their own headings. Thanks so much!
