Divide Base Cabinet - 1/3 drawers 2/3 double doors

How do I take a standard cabinet (48") which, when I pull it from Library has only a set of doors, and divide the cabinet vertically.  In the right one-third, I need a false drawer (top) and 3 true drawers.  In the left 2/3 of the cabinet, I need a false drawer on top and a set of double doors (hinged to open in the middle).  This is for a bathroom vanity that will have a small sink in the centered in the countertop.
