JaneAnn11
I'm using Home Designer Architect 2017 on my MacBook Pro. Normally on a mac trackpad you scroll up and down with two fingers together. In HDA17, however, that action results in a zoom in and out. The normal two-finger pinch and spread also zooms. Scrolling works as it should in every other application on my MacBook. Has anyone else encountered this and have a fix?
katalyst777
That's the way its supposed to behave in this software. To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to change it, but you might want to get in touch with the company's technical support folks directly to ask. risutto
I request that Home Designer (and Chief Architect) for macOS pan (another word for scroll) when a user drags two fingers on the trackpad. As a user interface design principle, no software should break a user's expectations. In the case of macOS, users expect that dragging two fingers on the Mac's trackpad will result in scrolling.
