deleting elevation tag while on layout page

How do i delete the automatic elevation tag on the layout page?

Highlight the whole elevation, open up the specification dialog.

 

Last Item listed on the left is "labels"

 

Highlight that, then first box at top is "suppress label"

 

Check that and you're good to go

Just to be clear I meant highlight the elevation while you're in the layout page
