kck864 Posted November 29, 2015 Author Share Posted November 29, 2015 My apologies to all. I had downloaded a trial version Home Designer 2015 but I purchased Home Designer Pro 2016. I was trying to use the 2016 Product Key on the 2015 version. Once I realized had two versions I used the Product Key for the 2016 version and everything is working just fine. Lesson learned.
