JGarfield Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 Hi, i'm new to this forum. Im not sure if this is the right place to post my issue. My garage is a 1987 built. It was my grandfathers property so untouched till now. It had become high time to renovate it. The problem here is the floors have cracked and pieces start to fall apart. The roofs have started to leak recently. It want to not just fix the problems but give the garage a new look and style. I have contacted a home designer who does customized garage storage. But now i'm confused that whether I should call up a home builder or renovator to fix the structural issues. Can you please suggest the best option and good ones in North York, Toronto.
