historic Tara from Gone With The Wind?

Has anyone heard of someone making a plan for the fictional southern mansion Tara from Gone With The Wind? I'm starting one and was wondering if this has been done before.

 

I have searched the forum and found one reference to a "Tara"plan but it is nothing like the one in the movie. The pic is an old 1:12 scale model built by Mr. Everett.
