  1. Hello @ChiefUserTom7, VR was added to the 2024 version of the Home Designer products. It's available in Suite, Architectural, and Pro. More information on configuring VR can be found in this Knowledge Base article: https://www.homedesignersoftware.com/support/article/KB-03092/virtual-reality-and-chief-architect-products.html I hope this helps!
  2. @DianeQ and @SKorte, there is an "Insulation" tool available in Home Designer Pro. This tool is essentially a box polyline with an insulation fill. You can use this tool in plan views or elevation views. It can be found in Home Designer Pro by going to CAD> Boxes> Insulation I hope this helps!
  3. Hello, Back in Home Designer Pro 2021 there was a setting called “Texture Compression” that remedied behavior similar to what you show in your screenshot. This can be enabled by going to Edit> Preferences> Render> and checking the Texture Compression checkbox. Once you’ve done this, click OK, and generate a new camera view. If this doesn’t resolve the issue I would recommend updating your video card driver. It looks like Intel released a newer driver for the Intel Celeron N5095 CPU on 12/19/2024. Here is a link to Intel’s website for the latest driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html After updating the driver, reboot your computer, and see if the behavior continues in your camera views. If this still doesn’t resolve the issue I would recommend going through the steps in this article: https://www.homedesignersoftware.com/support/article/KB-00897/troubleshooting-3d-camera-view-display-problems-in-home-designer.html I hope this helps!
