I spent 10 years in the Residential Housing Industry as a Superintendent. I've built approximately 150 homes around the KC metro area in that 10 years. I learned drafting on AutoCad LT and have recently made the jump to Home Designer Pro. 

I got into Commercial Construction in 2007 and got away from Residential. I am currently a Facility Manager of a large building complex in Kansas City.  I'm interested in getting back into the Residential market and have picked up a few custom home designs for side work. I want to start building again and start my own business part time and hopefully work my self out of my current job.
