Creating a new plan on a terrain that keep mixed up with the previous plan unwillingly

Hello,

I am using Home Design Pro 2025 and encountering a problem that seems out oi ordinary and do not know exactly what to do even after several tries.

I am working on a plan where i want to have another building on the same terrain within a certain distance from the original plan/building. The first Bizzard thing that is shown is the new building without a foundation, like it is suspended on the air, not attached to the terrain, when wanted to add a foundation, it goes on to the other plan that was already done, and I do not want that. Secondly, when I want to add a second floor on the new building, it seems that another floor is also added to the other building that I am not working on and do not want that as well, the same thing happens if I wanted to change the roof types on the new building, it changes as well on the other, messing up everything that I already done on the first building. I cannot fathom what is going on and why this keeps happening.

I am looking for answers, tips and help to be able to resolve this issue and finish what I am doing as soon as possible.
