How can I model this?

Hi,

 

The trapezoidal wall and a sloped roof is going to be the Floor 2 most probably, but still can't get how to:

1. Put the garage door ("carriage house" style) between two cylinder shapes
2. Make a sloped "parapet" style roof (the wide brim visible on the screenshot is the parapet). 

(the weird look of the picture is because it's captured with an iPhone LIDAR scanner)
