Changing the ceiling height in one room is changing it on the whole floor

I have Home Designer Pro 2022. On a 2-story building, I tried to lower the ceiling height of one of the rooms on the 1st floor. It automatically applies the change to every room on that floor. It also won't let me change the ceiling height without affecting the floor above. How can I do this? Thanks for the help!
