Different Stem Wall Heights

Good afternoon.

I'm designing a fire station for our volunteer fire department.  I'm using HD Suite 2019.

I need to have the back foundation wall be 8' tall and the other stem walls to be at 4'.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
