3d camera problem; certain parts of plan show outside of ceiling and floor

One partion of a 2 dimentional plans shows the ceiling as the outside sky and the floor as the outside ground. The rest of the plan shows perfect 3d pictures. How do I fix this portion of the plan?

Without pictures and/or your plan file, just guessing.

 

You may have lost room definition in that part of the plan. Check that your walls are all connected.

It helps if we know what title (Suite, Pro etc) and version (2014, 2015 etc) you are using. You can add this info to your signature by clicking on your user name at the top right of the page, click My Settings, then Signature on the left.
