Why would the material list have sheet rock in the outside wall.

I think you will find it is cos Automatic Attic walls take their definition from the wall below , so you have drywall in the attic even though you can't see it, you can always change the Wall definition/type if needed to eliminate it.

Can't believe Mick failed to say "Please add your Version no# and title to your Signature , if you haven't already, as many answers require this information."

 

It helps if we know what title (Suite, Pro etc) and version you are using. You can add this info to your signature by clicking on your user name at the top right of the page, click My Settings, then Signature on the left.

 

 

 

I'm guessing you will see sheetrock on the exterior somewhere. Might be a reversed wall, or an attic wall.

:)  no need , the drywall inside attics is an old issue

 

however if it's not that
