  1. Thanks LawB10. Still not an accurate representation of a masonry (block) wall with openings. Using the wall or half-wall tool sets the base of the wall at the level of the slab instead of on grade and most walls are around 5 - 6' tall. I think that the fence tool will work if I select solid rather that panel type. Not accurate in terms of materials but a reasonable facsimile visually.
  2. Thanks Eric. I'm using HD Suite 2018. Looks like setting the rail style / railing type to "panels" is what causes the problem. If it's "solid" the window will work normally.
  3. Thanks for the suggestion. I may be doing something wrong, but I get the same result as with the fence. When I insert an opening 24" tall I get one that extends from top to bottom.
  4. I've created a masonry (stucco) wall using the fencing dialog and would like to create a window sized opening. This is a common style in my home city of Santa Fe NM. Any suggestions on how to do this?
