Thanks for your kind help! Been offline for a couple of days. Using Home designer 2021 Pro. The stairs will not extend below the deck on Level 0 for a deck floor that is on Level 1. The stairs stop at the perimeter of the deck.

I would like to wrap an L shaped stairway under a deck. The stairs are connected to a deck 10 feet above the terrain. The stairs parallel the outside edge of the deck to a landing 16 inches above the terrain. I would like the stairs to turn toward a sidewalk that is under the deck. I cannot seem to put any of the stairwell under the deck. Deck railings and edges seem to go crazy when stairs continue toward the deck. Help?
