Hi,
I am having trouble drawing pier and beam foundations and decks. When I try to specify a wall (or a room) I do not see how to specify pier and beam. How do I default to pier and beam as default foundation for all structures?

I need the floor to be 24" above terrain level.

Hi,
When rotating a plan the text itself does not rotate, even after selecting Rich Text Spec/Options/Select Rotate With Plan.
Please help!

Hi, How can I prevent shadows in an interior view, where clearly i do not want the fan to draw a shadow, for example. Home Designer Pro 2017
