Hi All, I have been using "Suite" for a couple of months and just upgraded to "Pro" hoping it would solve my problem. Several times I have watched "how to" videos only to find I cannot locate the tools they mention, or the feature doesn't work as shown. The most recent example is the "Build->Floor->Hole in floor platform" tool shown in a couple of videos. Is there some setting that enables some of the tools to appear that otherwise don't appear? I thought I'd see others reporting the same issue, but I haven't, so I'm really wondering what I'm doing wrong. Any tips would be appreciated. Here are examples showing what I am talking about.
