  1. I am working in Pro 2023. The patio and the deck are both first floor; however, the patio has a lower elevation by approx. 18". The deck also extends past the patio and that part of the deck is generating "correct" framing. (correct framing: post to beam, with floor joists extending to rim joist) The program is generating a skirting around the portion of the deck that is over the patio and the floor joists stop short of the railing posts.
  2. Hello, could someone kindly let me know I could build a deck above a patio and have the framing generate correctly. I can create the deck over the patio but it generates some unique framing. (please see attached plan) I am looking for deck framing with concrete surrounding the posts and going back under the deck. Thanks for looking at this. 20231109 - [New House].plan
  3. Does someone have a way to create a 0" overhang that shows siding up to the edge of the roof, and fascia on the front? Attached a couple of pictures and the plan. Porches Design.plan
  4. Here is a link for retrieving the plan: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/c4jl1e88w8sbx133j81i8/h?dl=0&rlkey=ccx6zt8sc87hs46ggu0hh44rx
  5. The file seems to be to large. If you wouldn't mind providing your email, I could try sending it to you that way.
  6. Creating a cathedral ceiling (in the room below the missing section of gable), seems to cause a section of the gable to go missing. Any help? Is there a different tactic for creating the cathedral ceiling? What would be the way to correct this?
