    Hi, I want to make a hole in the floor, but unlike all the youtube video's, I do not get the menu option: Build - Floor - Hole in floor platform. Build - Floor - Hole in ceiling platform. Using Home Designer Pro 2023 vs. 24.2.2.1 Any ideas as to why and what to do? Thanx.
