Oh man I am so frustrated. I set the upper pitch per the following for the left and right front railings and got the following result. I feel like I am so close but can't figure out why the main roof raises now.

Looks like you got it to work? I've tried utilizing the upper pitch function numerous times and still couldn't figure it out. Could you give me instruction on how you did it?

Should be good now. The drag and drop upload didn't work a couple of times but the browse and attach did.

Hello all. Really hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am using Home Designer Suite 2019 I am having an issue while adding a shed roof over a deck with a pitch of 4/12 and it automatically changes the pitch of the upper roof to 4/12 from of 8/12. I started with changing the right railing to full gable in the plan below and the left railing is still set to hip. As a result the right side of the shed roof is properly extended to the upper roof with the proper pitches as shown in the iso. When I change the left railing however to full gable the main front of the roof matches the pitch of the porch shed. See iso's below. I have spent numerous hours today troubleshooting on my own while reading multiple threads and watching a few videos but I could not find anything specific to my issue. I am really hoping someone can help me with this. Hopefully I've given clear enough info but please let me know if anything additional is needed. Thanks in advance!
