How do you create a boundary for part of a wall eg. putting tile behind vanity but then putting a different material like shiplap after the vanity boundary? I've figured out how to apply different coverings to half walls but not from a vertical boundary.

Is there a way to take pictures of your own materials eg. tile samples and import them as a material so that they will tile like the others in the catalog>
