Have tried using arrow to go up to floor 2 and delete it (even though nothing shows up) ...thanks in advance for any assistance.

I'm using an old version; Home Designer Suite 10; never had this problem before. I do not see anything when go 'up' to floor two. And never built a floor 3 so that the message was odd.

I am consistently getting the message "the 3 floor limit has been reached. You can not add or insert another floor'... I only have the first floor and trying to create the second floor... any ideas?
