I did check the bonus catalogs and I'm not seeing anything there. I found something similar in 3D Warehouse but it is for SketchUp. Never used 3D Warehouse before so is there a conversion process to bring things into HD Pro? I'll play with roof planes today to see if I can figure that out. Thanks for tip.

I am trying to create a custom kitchen hood similar in design to the one below. I don't need it to be curved; it can be flat. I've seen videos on how to do this in X12 but I am using Pro 2021. I've tried using soffits but can't get the top part to slope. Any suggestions on where I can get some help? Thanks

I can't figure out to get rid of the thin wall issue in the first photo below without having the two cross hatched walls in the second photo intersect. If I drag the selected wall in photo 2 down and unconnect it from the other exterior wall, the problem goes away but I create a break in my exterior wall. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks Eric for the tips. I've updated my signature to ensure this is added. As for my problem, I have searched the Knowledge Base and tried several solutions. None of them seem to solve my problem. Only solution I find that I haven't tried is to purchase a bunch of catalogs. I thought these Bonus Catalogs were included with the "Pro" verison for $60 a month Downloading Library Catalogs (homedesignersoftware.com)

When I watch the support videos, it references a lot of Bonus Catalogs. My install only has (3) - Grouped Islands, Grouped Offices and Recreation No. 1 Home Fitness. How do I get the ones that are shown in the videos? I am using Home Designer Pro 2021. I have installed Manufactured Catalogs from the website and completed the Update Libraries function but can't seem to get all the Bonus Catalogs
