  1. Thanks for confirming. That was very helpful. For anyone else that may have similar issue: The embedded windows driver update tools didn't update anything, but the Intel site had updates for Intel ARC Graphics and updated to 31.0.101.4255. However, this didn't immediately fix the problem. In the Intel Arc Control app, I went into Settings (Gear)/Global Game Settings and changed Game compatibility to Basic which resolved the texture display issue after restarting Home Designer. Interestingly, changing Game Compatibility back to "Recommended" or :"Advanced" (restarting Home Designer each time) also showed textures appropriately so not 100% sure which change corrected the problem. I also noticed that "Texture Compression" in Preferences/Render became checked and seems like it needs to be that way for textures to display correctly with this GPU. I also noticed some info on the web that the Intel UHD 770 Graphics had some 3d rendering issues and Chief Architect has a FAQ on Intel ARC that recommends turning off ray tracing when using but my 2019 Suite version has no such option (Preferences/Render).
  2. I just recently upgraded to a new computer with a 12th gen Intel Processor (12600) and with that to Windows 11. I don't use Home Designer that often but just fired it up and noticed some rendering problems with textures in 3D view. Is it known that some of the older Home Designer versions have compatibility issues with Windows 11? I know that Suite 2019 does not show Windows 11 in the minimum system requirements but many programs that are compatible with Windows 10 and were developed prior to Windows 11 run fine on Windows 11 so just checking.
