Thanks for confirming. That was very helpful. For anyone else that may have similar issue: The embedded windows driver update tools didn't update anything, but the Intel site had updates for Intel ARC Graphics and updated to 31.0.101.4255. However, this didn't immediately fix the problem. In the Intel Arc Control app, I went into Settings (Gear)/Global Game Settings and changed Game compatibility to Basic which resolved the texture display issue after restarting Home Designer. Interestingly, changing Game Compatibility back to "Recommended" or :"Advanced" (restarting Home Designer each time) also showed textures appropriately so not 100% sure which change corrected the problem. I also noticed that "Texture Compression" in Preferences/Render became checked and seems like it needs to be that way for textures to display correctly with this GPU.
I also noticed some info on the web that the Intel UHD 770 Graphics had some 3d rendering issues and Chief Architect has a FAQ on Intel ARC that recommends turning off ray tracing when using but my 2019 Suite version has no such option (Preferences/Render).
