  1. I'm okay with that. I don't feel the need to debug this program. They hire people to do that.
  2. Looks like the problem was that the window was on the garage wall. As soon as we redesignated the garage as "unspecified", the window displayed the shutters on the outside again. Not sure why it did that but I'm glad we figured it out.
  3. It's different because I changed the style of rail for the porch but the rail is hidden so it didn't really matter. I created the railing so I could create a patio cover.
  4. What exactly should I update it to say? It already says that I'm using Home Designer Pro 2021.
  5. Hi Experts! I'm having a problem getting the window shutters on one of my windows to display OUTSIDE. No matter what I do, they keep displaying inside the house. I've double checked to make sure the wall properties are right and the shutters just won't display outside. Is there something I'm overlooking? Thanks in advance for any advice! 6. Thanks everyone. I've tried to select multiple walls and change the properties all at once but it won't let me do it. I've also tried changing the default but that only applies to NEW walls, not walls that already exist. Looks like I'll have to manually change the wall properties one wall at a time.
  7. Looks like I should have set my defaults BEFORE I created the floorplan. Oops! Now I have a LOT of work ahead of me since I'll have to change everything one wall at a time.
  8. Hi, I'm new to this product but I've successfully created a pretty complicated floor plan. Now I'm looking at the exterior finishes and noticed that everything is horizontal siding even though I'd prefer stucco. Is there a way to designate EVERYTHING on the exterior walls as stucco and select a color without having to do every wall separately? Donna
