  1. Hello Eric The Solver, Should the 1st floor walls be added back in before the foundation corrections and garage to basement step down ? Thank You ~Laura
  2. This plan attached is before I deleted the floors Due to tech support telling me to start over, Well it must have auto saved only some walls on floor 1 JoshFoundationJuly15th2019.plan
  3. The cross section view looks different than the others in that the wall in question is not grey, ultimate goal is to be able to step down into the basement. When I lowered the Absolute elevation value in label " Family Room " the last wall started to mis-behave There are no first floor walls, because the plan was traced from a file. The first floor walls started appearing on many different planes so I deleted them in order to work on the foundation 1st
  4. The last wall needs to be 36" stepping down to 21 1/2" next to the garage door opening. The software gives me access to the tool but doesn't allow the change Is this because it's intersecting another foundation wall ?
  5. This is an existing home, built into a rock hill. That's why foundation walls are so high on 3 sides Goal is to add an in-law suite above the garage accessed from the main floor. Had to delete everything down to the foundation because it keeps resetting. Having trouble with front garage foundation wall. Thinking I've turned off all auto re-builds but I'm brand new to this software. The front garage cross-section allows access to break line tool but does Not let the change occur. Existing lowest wall needs to step from 36" down to 21 1/2" at the 2 car door Front foundation wall intersects with basement garage wall. Does anyone have a solution for this ? Did I use the wrong wall type or footer in the garage ? Thank you Foundation OnlyJuly16th2019.plan
