I'm using Home Designer Pro 2024 with no issues on my Asus laptop- i7, 16GB Ram, Nvidia GeForce MX250 bought in 2020. It is running out of room (1TB) even with most of my files in the cloud and the fan noise is driving me nuts.
I do small residential projects- interiors- kitchens and bathrooms. I'd like to invest in a new desktop. Looking at the specs from CA seems like I need a gaming model. Can I get by with an i7 processor? If I'm not doing ray tracings do I need the power of i9 | Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080?
